The birthplace of Walmart, Bentonville, Arkansas has become a thriving city with many of the amenities you might expect to find in New York or San Francisco — fine dining, craft cocktails, bike paths and a world-class art museum. The city has more cranes per capita than any other U.S. city, and Walmart is building a new headquarters on 350 acres. Bentonville's population is expected to triple by 2050. But with this prosperity comes economic challenges in larger cities. CNBC's Melissa Repko travels to Bentonville for the story.
